ViamHR grew out of years spent representing people through exactly this kind of process: disciplinaries, grievances, hearings, appeals. Not from a textbook. From sitting alongside people while it was actually happening to them.
Most people only face a process like this once or twice in their working life. I've seen hundreds of them.
